An Intimate Fall Wedding in Upstate New York | New Jersey Wedding Photographer

In 2021, I had the honor of capturing the intimate wedding of Lara and David in a beautiful park in upstate New York. It was a crisp fall day, the kind where the trees glow in shades of gold and red. The air was cool, but not too cold, and the atmosphere was filled with warmth, love, and joy.

Lara looked stunning in her wedding gown, while David looked sharp and confident by her side. A small group of their closest friends and family gathered to celebrate their love, making the day feel incredibly personal and meaningful. Even though the wedding was small, it was one of the most heartfelt ceremonies I have ever photographed. I felt as though I was part of the family, surrounded by so much love and happiness.

One of my favorite memories was during the portraits. Just after their ceremony, Lara and David hopped on their skateboards, wedding attire and all, and shared the most fun and carefree moment together. It was so unique, so genuine, and so perfectly them.

This wedding reminded me that the size of a wedding does not define its beauty. What matters most is the love between the couple and the presence of the people who matter most. Whether you are planning a celebration with 200 guests or an intimate gathering of your closest family, your wedding will be unforgettable if it reflects who you are.

Years later, I still remember Lara and David’s wedding as if it were yesterday. It will always hold a special place in my heart and in my journey as a New Jersey Wedding Photographer.
